Illuminate You

ICF Coaching Group

Supporting accredited coaches to become the best version of themselves.

ICF Group Coaching Introduction

Our ICF coaching group meetings are for accredited coaches or those on their way to being accredited, they are a perfect way to connect with like-minded coaches and build on your coaching skills in a safe space. If this sounds like what you are looking for, then this is the group for you. We support each other by brainstorming various challenges we face in our day-to-day working lives and each month we explore a different topic. This is a relaxed and informal group with a professional approach and is less about listening to speakers and more about connecting with other coaches.

Session Format

The format of our meetings are generally online via Zoom with two in-person meetings per year. They are typically as follows:

Time Agenda
9:30 am Welcome and start.
10:00 am Session 1: Focus on key coaching topics and use break-out groups to discuss the different topics. Topics could include goal setting, exploring coaching mastery, managing stress and overwhelm, mental wellbeing, the role of a coach, the rise of digital coaching platforms, etc.
11:00 am Session 2: Group coaching, an opportunity to receive and give coaching.
11:30 am: Reflections and close.

These meetings are run monthly and are held virtually via ZOOM. You are warmly invited to join us.
