Welcome to Illuminate You
We are a transformational leadership coaching consultancy that supports global organisations across a diverse range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, travel, law, education, financial, leisure, media, telecommunications, healthcare and the NHS. We partner with you and your teams to enable them to be the best versions of themselves. We start by clearly defining their goals and challenges, increasing self-awareness, and then providing a confidential space to work out how to achieve the changes. We work with our clients across cultures in many ways, including 1:1 executive coaching, leadership skills, team development workshops and supporting coaches and leaders to build on their skills.
Our brand story
Illuminate You was established in 2014. Drawing on extensive experience working within corporate senior leadership teams, Jackie saw an alternative way of doing things and was driven to take a different approach, thus Illuminate You was born. Jackie started by working as an associate for several different organisations and over the years, has really focused on developing her coaching style through continuous learning and development.
She is now a renowned and sought-after coach, working with a wide variety of people across global organisations.
From an early age, Jackie saw the value that great listening and presence provides. She took this ethos into the workplace and in her formative career it became one of her stand out strengths – people would seek her out to have meaningful conversations which made an impact. It became a natural progression to do more of the work she thrived on and therefore Jackie set up her coaching and facilitation company.

Based just outside of London in Berkshire, UK, we are a team of associate coaches all passionate about what we do. Working across a broad range of sectors with global blue-chip organisations, we partner with business leaders to support their leaders to create high-performing teams.
Jackie Haywood: Founder and Head Coach
Jackie is a Professional Certified Executive Coach (ICF PCC) with extensive experience in supporting senior leaders and individuals to clarify and achieve their vision. She has coached hundreds of different people across the globe. She draws on over 25 years of global corporate experience in a range of Senior Human Resources and Leadership Development roles, as well as working in management teams driving change and strategy across organisations. Jackie understands the dynamics, challenges, and possibilities of working within corporate environments and, through her coaching style, brings out the best in people. Jackie quickly gets to the heart of the challenge and enables people to hold the mirror up to discover their own answers, which creates long-lasting change. An expert in recognising the specific needs of an individual or a team at any given moment, Jackie gives her clients space for reflection while also challenging them to consider and adopt new, more beneficial ways of thinking.
Linda Marsh: Associate Coach
Linda has been helping people to fulfil their management, leadership and career potential for over 20 years. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Coaching, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and BPS accredited. Her commercial experience spans 25 years, holding IT Sales leadership and Non-Exec Director roles across EMEA. She has been responsible for developing and executing European-wide sales strategy, led teams through organisational restructures, and delivered substantial revenue growth through an economic downturn.
Linda coaches clients to build confidence in successfully planning and delivering projects in high-pressure environments, leading through change and effectively managing ambiguity, creating strong team and stakeholder relationships, developing presence, and building resilience.
She creates a supportive yet challenging environment that motivates her clients to explore, gain new insights and take necessary actions to change behaviours that will deliver sustainable, bottom-line results.
Sophie Comas: Marketing Director
Sophie is a Chartered Marketer (MCIM) and a current member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She also has an ILM Level 3 Coaching qualification. With over 25 years of marketing experience from both the corporate leisure sector and working with small business owners, she is delighted to support the Illuminate You brand. Sophie has worked with Illuminate You since 2019 and has watched the business go from strength to strength. On a personal note, she has a passion for all sports, including horse riding, running, tennis and Pilates; she loves creative design and exploring new destinations.

Sophie McQuaid Team Support
Sophie supports the Illuminate You team with all the admin and ICF Group tasks. Creating the headspace and time for Jackie to focus on working with clients, growing the business and her own personal wellbeing.
Sophie is a Virtual Assistant and set up her business, supporting small business owners in 2021. Past experience includes a 13-year position at a Postal Management company, where she progressed from Account Manager to Project Manager. Her extensive experience in this field, coupled with her previous work in the leisure industry, has equipped her with the skills to excel as a VA.
On a personal note, Sophie is passionate about supporting the team with her guiding principles of empowerment, support, and balance. She is delighted to be supporting the Illuminate You team.
